Updates
My little Remee is growing up so fast. I can't believe she is almost 10 months. Maybe part of that is that she looks like a 6 month old. Anyway, I enjoy everyday with this little girl of mine. She definitely keeps me on my toes. Here are a few things about my lady.
- She is turning into a Daddy's girl. She used to love me and cling to me but that was back when I was breast feeding, now that I've dried up she's all about her Da-Da
- She loves to explore around the house. I have to keep the doors closed to our rooms or else she'll be off in two seconds and into something.
- She loves to pull my magazines off the side table and rip them into shreds. I let her cause I think it's adorable. Only 9 months old and she already loves fashion mags or hates them...I'm not quite sure at this point.
- Raven is her best friend. She crawls all over her. Luckily Raven is the best dog ever and could care less.
- Remee loves any toy that makes noise.
- After she's done drinking her bottle she likes to carry it around with her and bang it on anything and everything.
- She has discovered where Raven's bowls are and loves to splash in the water and take Raven's food and dunk it in the water. I'll be buying Raven a new bowl holder any day now so she can't get into them anymore.
- She loves jewelry(what a girly girl). If I wear any she will be sure to find it and yank on it. I haven't been wearing any for that reason.
- Still no teeth
- she weighs about 15 lbs, which is small for her age. She's in the 1 percentile. The Dr. was a little worried, but I see how this girl eats, and I know she's just built like me. She'll be in a back facing car seat til she's 7 years old at this rate!
I tried giving Remee a sippy cup and it was not a good experience. She hated that thing. I don't know if it's just that she doesn't know how to work it or what, but you can see for yourself that she is anti-sippy cup! I think I will try again when she has teeth...which is who knows how far away.
We now have two beggers. Raven we got used to and now we can just tell her to go lay down and she will leave us alone, but Remee... she will just scream at you until you give her something. It's funny because she will beg whether she is hungry or whether she just ate. We have learned to always have a little something around for her when we are eating.
While in Seattle, Kylee really wanted to help feed Remee. She was such a good helper. I had to tape this because it just made me laugh. I know the quality isn't really good, but if you can watch Kylee's mouth, I think you'll get a good giggle out of this video too.

Movie Reviews and other news
(one star)
Cool concept, but if I could sum this movie up in one word it would be, disturbing. Too much partying and boobies for my eyes and ears to handle.
Rated R: nudity, language, blood and guts.
(one star)
I was so hoping this movie was going to be great! But... it was far from that. I loved the script, the plot and some of the actors, but what really ruined it for me was Nia. She was just awful. Her hair color, her acting. Ugh!!!
Rated PG-13: sexual content, language
(one star)
This movie was hard to watch. Really, I was just depressed the whole time. Basically the world ends and these poor people are stuck on it with the decision to live it out or kill themselves. Yeah. stupid right? Don't see this unless you are major unhappy because this movie will actually make you feel better about your life!
Rated R: violence, language, nudity, disturbing images
(two stars)
What a cool idea. Creepy for sure but cool. I was interested the whole time. The only thing that was off for me was the actors they picked. Another one of those movies that would have been better had they not picked Bruce Willis.
Rate PG-13: bad acting, language, and violence on robots.
(two stars)
Kristen Bell is the only good thing about this movie. She is hilarious. I love the story line though. Almost everyone has experienced what these people have gone through. Well, maybe not the popular cheerleaders, but pretty much everyone else.
Rated PG: bullying
In Other News
We went on a trip to Seattle for part Mike's work and part visiting my sister. We had a lot of fun. I miss Seattle and my sister already. While we stayed in a hotel the first few nights we were there we took Remee swimming. She still fits in her 3-6 month swim suit. She loved every minute of splashing around. The pool was a little cold and the hot tub was more like warm tub water, so we hung out in the hot tub with Remee and she wiggled around and splashed the whole time.
A while back, when Mike was working in Seattle, he had some ice cream from this place called Molly Moon's. Probably the most delicious ice cream i have ever had, and Remee agreed. We let her have a couple of licks of Mike's ice cream and she was in love.

Movie Reviews
(four stars)
Spectacular, to say the least. From the previews I thought this movie was going to be totally different than what it turned out to be, and I love it. An interesting take on "the big man upstairs". I would go see this one again!
Rated PG-13: brief language and some sexiness
(three stars)
I would have given this movie four stars but I found out that there's a place in this movie that doesn't really exist and I wanted to go to and that made me mad, so ha!!! Only three stars for you!!! I was so impressed with this movie. I initially thought,'how in the world are they going to make a movie about a guy stuck in a canyon for 5 days interesting?' Well, they made it interesting. During this movie I tried to really put myself in this guys shoes and wow, I would have done just what he did. The emotions that this poor man went through was so raw and so real. Pain, fear, loss, anxiety, sadness, and shear anger. It's exactly what we all would have gone through had we been in his place. Brilliant job James Franco!
Rated R: language, partial nudity (no boobies or weenies), sexiness, and oh yeah seeing someone cutting off their arm. (it's not that bad though!!! People, it's the movies!!!)
(three stars)
Such a darling movie. One for the whole family to see. How anyone makes a movie with clay figurines is beyond me. Talk about talented. I loved the storyline, the humor, and the voices in the movie. Some of the voices you could pick out right away and others you knew you'd heard but couldn't put your finger on. I just loved this movie.
Rated PG: smoking and animals stealing from humans!!!
(three stars)
Through is was really interesting, it's not one I would recommend unless you are in the health care profession or you are ALL about organic and raw food. I try to be good but it's expensive and I'm not made of money! I thought this was going to be about food but it was more about vitamins and how we aren't getting the vitamins we need from our food. To say the least, I was entertained...really, I was!
Rated NA (four stars)
One of the best documentaries I have ever seen! This has changed my life forever and the way I think about water. It stars off little slow and boring but they hit you with the fact about 15 minutes in. I will never drink water from a water bottle again... well unless I'm stranded in a canyon with my arm stuck between two rocks and I'm parched! Serious, you HAVE to watch this!!!
Rated NA
By the way, today Mike asked me what a five star movie was (because it's pretty hard for me to rate a movie perfectly... it has to be awesome for that to happen) and I would have to say, just to give an example or two... Inception and Gran Torino. As a side note...the movie Frozen doesn't even get a star. It's just that bad. Don't ask, don't see!!!
