So on Saturday Mike and I went to the Pizzaria 712 and had their beet salad. I have never tried beets before, they look scary and weird, so I tried a little and oh my goodness...I LOVE them! I pretty much ate the whole salad and all the yummy beets. Yum Yum...I'm not afraid of it...I love it!

My sweet little child...I gave you beets when you were 3 years-old. You loved them! When you turned 10 you were intrigued by the beets in my salad. You asked if you could taste them, and when you did you said, "Yuck!"
